Payment:
1. Piers, jacks and parts will be dispatched within 28 days once full payment has been received and funds have cleared.
2. Kits will be dispatched within 4-6 weeks once full payment has been received and funds have cleared.
3. We will require full payment and cleared funds, 10 days before the date of installation of a kit already supplied by us previously.
4. For orders requiring a kit and installation we will require 50% of full payment of funds to be cleared before we build the kit and the remaining 50% of full payment funds to be cleared ten days before the installation date.

Kits:
1. All SkyShed kits built by UK Observatories that will be installed by the customer will be supplied in kit form ready to assemble. Kits are to be assembled as directed by the SkyShed plans CD. Further instructions will be supplied with each kit sent out for installation if any minor changes have been made to the kits since the CD plans we're produced.

Installation:
1. UK Observatories will install your SkyShed Kit 10 days at the earliest, after full payment for installation has been received and funds have cleared.
2. SkyShed installations up to 10 x 10 and pier footer settings should take 1 day to install depending on location and weather. All SkySheds over these sizes ( including custom built SkySheds ) may take more than a day to complete installation.

Site preparation:
1. The site for the proposed SkyShed installation must be cleared and relatively flat prior to the date of installation by UK Observatories.
2. All accesses to the installation site need to be cleared prior to the installation and delivery date.
3. A 240v power supply may be required on site for some power tools.
4. You must inform UK Observatories of any gradient on the installation area prior to the installation date so any changes can be made to your kit prior to installation.
5. We will require a relatively flat level area, at least the size of the floor area of the SkyShed you have ordered to be able to start installation.
6. If the area for the proposed installation is concreted we will need to be informed prior to the installation date if you have purchased a pier footer setting.

Delivery:
1. Once your SkyShed kit has been built you will be informed of a delivery date. Your kit will either be delivered by ourselves or a courier company.
2. Kits purchased from UK Observatories that require installation by us will also be delivered by us on the date of the arranged installation.
3. Any SkyShed parts purchased from us will be dispatched to you within 28 days once received funds have cleared.
